HANDCRAFTED IN KANNUR |

what we do
Products that are truly indian.
Made slowly, by hand, the way it’s always been done. Handloom and Khadi have been loved, worn, and re-ordered by people who value craft over hype. It’s Indian, it’s intentional, and it’s made to last.

Word from the founder
Kaaro began with a compliment. A single shirt, hand-embroidered in Kannur, worn to ISB. A classmate said, ‘I’d wear that.’ That moment made me realize something — fashion doesn’t have to be flashy to be powerful. It just has to be honest.

Our Philosophy
At Kaaro, we don’t chase trends. We preserve them.
We don’t mass-produce. We make meaning.
We don’t cut corners. We craft stories.
Kaaro was born out of a simple idea: luxury is not what everyone can buy it’s what not everyone can own.
That’s why every Kaaro garment is made slowly, intentionally, and in limited quantities.

Why Handloom Matters
When handloom fades, it’s not just a fabric we lose we lose livelihoods, culture, and generations of skill passed down by hand, not machine.
Artisans who’ve spent their lives perfecting this craft are being pushed aside by speed and scale. Entire communities risk losing their identity, their income, and their place in history.
At Kaaro, we choose to stand with them. Because choosing handloom isn’t just about wearing something beautiful it’s about keeping an entire ecosystem alive. It’s about choosing people over profit, tradition over trends, and a future that remembers where it came from.
