Each Kaaro piece is meticulously crafted to order, embodying our commitment to exceptional artisanship and exclusivity. We offer complimentary shipping across India for all orders through our premium logistics partners.

Delivery Partners: We collaborate with India's leading courier services to ensure your luxury pieces reach you safely:

Shipping Coverage:

  • Pan-India delivery to all major cities and territories

  • Select international destinations (subject to availability)

Delivery Timeline:

  • Production: 10 to 15 days for dedicated craftsmanship

  • Quality Check: 1 day for thorough inspection

  • Packaging: 1 day for premium protective packaging

  • Transit: 3-5 business days within metro cities

  • Total Timeline: 20-25 business days from order confirmation

Special Handling:

  • Climate-controlled transportation where available

  • Premium protective packaging for delicate embroidery

  • Insurance coverage for all shipments

Please note:

  • Delivery address cannot be modified once the order is confirmed

  • Additional duties/taxes for international orders to be borne by the customer

  • Signature required upon delivery for security

  • Remote locations may require additional 2-3 business days

Return Policy

We uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:

Return Window:

  • We do not accept any returns and exchanges on any products. Only if you receive a damaged product you can reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • If you have received a faulty product, we will initiate a refund/exchange within 48 hours of us being informed. The customer will have to ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The garment must be in its original, unworn condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The piece must not have been altered, cleaned, or damaged

  • Detailed care instructions must have been followed as specified on the care label

Upon successful return, you may choose:

  • A credit note valid for 6 months, applicable to future Kaaro purchases

  • An exchange for another piece from our current collection

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Full refund as store credit available within 24 hours of placing your order

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to goutam@kaaro.life

  • Beyond 24 hours, as your piece enters production, cancellations cannot be accommodated

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed as store credit within 2 to 3 days.

Quality Assurance

Each returned piece undergoes thorough quality inspection by our artisans. Kaaro reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines or quality standards.
